  • Exercise: Create a sandbox or refresh an existing sandbox

Introduction to Flows and Migration Tools (Replaces Workflow Rules and Process Builder)

  • Salesforce announced it will be retiring its original automation methods, Workflow Rules and Process Builder by the end of 2023. All automations will be migrated to Flows
  • Exercise 1: Review any Workflow Rules and Processes already in the Org and use migration tools to convert prior automation to a flow
  • Exercise 2: Send an Email Reminder to the Sales Rep if an appointment hasn't been Resulted
  • Exercise 3: Use a Flow "Get" Action to see the total balance due for all customers
